Rob Brogan is the Co-Founder and Member of KBIC Consulting, serving as a Lead Consultant for more than 15 years. During his time at KBIC, Rob has continuously served as a Health and Welfare Lead Consultant, specializing mainly in the small business unit with extensive experience in ICHRAs, non-profits, and complex classed employees. Today, Rob serves as the fractional Vice President of Internal Insurance Operations for more than 25 clients across a diverse range of industries and holds his Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation, reinforcing his expertise in designing, administering, and communicating group benefits.
Prior to founding KBIC, Rob successfully grew a waste management company with three partners to $5 million in revenue before exiting through a sale. This venture demonstrated his entrepreneurial drive and ability to scale businesses strategically, while also sharpening his expertise in operations, growth management, and client solutions. His combination of entrepreneurial leadership and consulting knowledge continues to shape KBIC’s approach to serving its clients.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Rob is an active member of St. Simon the Apostle Catholic Church and The Fort Ben Rotary Club. He also serves his community by coaching youth football. He lives in Indiana with his wife, their daughter, and their son. In his free time, Rob enjoys playing golf and watching sports.
